Moving over

Leave the old cloud behind.

Your files are already on your computer. Point ShieldSync at the folder they are in, and it takes over from there, without uploading anything twice.

Three steps

Move one folder, or all of them.

In ShieldSync, add the folder your old service syncs, or a copy of it, as a workspace. Nothing is moved or renamed.

If you use the cloud, each file is encrypted on your device before it uploads. Unencrypted files never reach our servers.

Install ShieldSync on them too. They sync directly on the same network, and through your encrypted cloud when they are apart.

Running both for a while is fine. Keep your old service until you are happy, then stop it. Your files stay where they are either way.
