Accessibility Statement

ShieldSync is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards across our web platforms, desktop clients, and mobile applications.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working on resolving these issues.

Known Limitations

• Interactive Sync Graphs: The real-time network topology maps in the dashboard may not be fully navigable via keyboard-only inputs. We are developing a tabular text alternative.
• CLI Application: While naturally accessible to screen readers, some color-coded terminal outputs do not currently have text-fallback states.

Enforcement Procedure

If you are a resident of Denmark and are dissatisfied with our response to your complaint, you can contact the Danish Agency for Digital Government (Digitaliseringsstyrelsen) to file an official grievance.
